Rusty Solomon is an accomplished businessman who has been able to experience success after success in the business world. Solomon is currently the CEO of Mandrien Consulting Group, which is a highly successful management consulting firm that serves the title insurance and mortgage industries exclusively.

Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer at Mandrien Consulting Group, Solomon was working with Linear Title and Closing, where he worked as National Managing Director. He oversaw the company’s vision for the future, especially regardng compliance, risk management, quality assurance, business process development, national licensing strategies, technologies, and title operations.

While at Linear Title and Closing, Rusty Solomon also served as a Director at a company called NexGen Compliance Solutions. This was a technology provider to the mortgage and title industries. Before he was involved with Linear Title and Closing, Mr. Solomon was the President of AdvantEdge Real Estate Systems. This is a firm that specialized in unique closing solutions. At AdvantEdge, a real estate services firm, Solomon was repsonsible for overseeing national operations for the firm’s lender clients. Closings per month averaged $50,000,000.

Before his involvement with AdvantEdge Real Estate Systems, Solomon was working as an analyst for Lightstone Group in New York City, during which time he helped facilitate the largest real estate transaction in that company’s industry, a $638 million acquisition that was later sold for $2.3 billion to Simon Properties.
